Human, Social and Political Sciences (HSPS) incorporates politics and international relations, sociology and social anthropology. Students have the opportunity to study a range of subjects in the first year, and then specialise in one or two disciplines in the second and third years. HSPS at Murray Edwards College
At Murray Edwards we admit around eight to ten undergraduates a year, making for a vibrant student community of around 25 to 30 undergraduates at any one time. We hold regular reading groups covering a variety of topics, as well as an annual dinner.

Admissions Assessment
Murray Edwards HSPS applicants are not required to take a written assessment if shortlisted for interview.
Written work
Applicants to all Colleges are required to submit two pieces of written work prior to interview.
